Mindy is a playwright, storyteller, young adult book author, and culinary educator.
Her creative journey began as a teenager. Sick of high school rules, at 17, she wrote a musical satire on structured education, “Miller’s High” which paved the way for future creative endeavors.
Her inspirations are many and often told through humor: being locked in an airport bathroom, paying a lot of money for an unseen apartment, nursing a 10 pound baby, discovering a date is a former murder convict… Colorful life? Check!
